We are planning a workshop for building an End Fed Half-Wave Antenna.

We will meet at the Anderson County Library, 300 N McDuffie St, Anderson SC in the Multipurpose Room BC on Saturday, March 1, 1:00-4:00 .

We suggest that if you are interested, that you purchase an EFHW kit from the ARRL. This kit has everything you need to build a 49:1 Unun and includes 66 feet of wire for the antenna. This will cover bands 10, 15, 20 and 40 meters. If you want 80 meters, it can be customized further. You can read more about it here.

You do not HAVE to have an unun kit to attend, but there will be some hands-on instruction after the lecture part of the class if you do have a kit.

You can bring water, but they ask that we not bring food or other drinks.

Our fellow ham, Larry, will be teaching this class, so I know it will be excellent!
